Along with amazing strength gained with these, does forearm mass increase as well?

oh duh, I didnt know those were called COC. but anyways, COC's are more for the meat in your hand and the meat in your wrists, so yeas hand and grip strength.......... the extensors are the top of your forearms, you can work those buy doing wrist curl also, but with palms facing downwards, much harder in my opinion, and i think alot of people neglect COC's and extensors. but yes that will help with grip strength and prolly overall mass?

Open your hands with a thick rubber band around your fingertips.

Won't really do much for wrist thickness, but will put some size on your forearms... The wrists themselves don't grow much, regardless what you do...

Like mav said, you can work extensors with a rubber band... A wrist roller will be a nice touch as well...

Well, to the extent that CTS can really be prevented...

It has helped me avoid the elbow and forearms tendonitis I seem to be so prone to...
