Anyone know a good retailer one can order a set of chains or even better have details on constructing a homemade set?

Thank you in advance.

I use home depot.
About constructing them I just loop them over the bar and do a kind of clove hitch on the bar.

How heavy can you get them? I've been tinkering with the idea of getting some and then some bands later on when i get more money.

I used to find that even the lightest chains (within reason) made considerable difference. If your going to invest in some Dark, I'd advise you under-estimate your strength because it's very suprising just how much harder it gets with progressive resistance.
