cleans

its been a LONG time since i have done cleans and im wanting to get back into them for the explosive aspect. im just wondering what some of you think is propper form for these? i have seen videos where the guy would clean it then and go all the way down to finish with a front squat. when i use to do them in HS we would just go down as far as we needed to go to get under it.

Use proper form. Dip just enough to catch the weight you are using. Therefore, heavier weights will require you to dip further. If you want, clean a light weight, then do a full front squat (because you won't have to dip much during hte clean).
