You want to do front squats with your hands on the bar, like in the video I posted in Maverick's journal; otherwise you're not getting the wrist 'work' that you're trying to achieve. Your hands don't need to be fully wrapped around the bar, but you need to have your elbows up throughout the entire ROM.

Found it, I think with practice I can do that. It's way different from how I tried it before.

lifting everyday gives your muscle no time to recover. so no everyday for lifting is no good even cardio everyday is no good. take a day a week and strech and let your muscle's recover. you can use lglutamine to help you recover quicker but i wouldn't recomend everyday
