Does anyone know what Pull thrus are and how to do them?

I have heard Pull thrus referred to a couple times and I have no idea what they are. Any help would be great.

Stand at a low cable machine with your back to it. Bend over, reach between your legs and grasp the cable. With your lower back arched as much as you can (rounding isn't good) - you guessed it - "pull through" your legs with the cable.

Yeah you can do them that way, or do swing throughs with a dumbbell or kettlebell, where you swing the weight down through your legs, and then thrust your hips forwards to throw the weight back up...not using your arms other than as a hook to keep the weight from flying away...good posterior core movement.
