Embarrassing Problem

Any advice on how to stop stinking when you are working out? I've noticed that no matter how much I do, I really start to hum.

When working out you cant help but to sweat, the sweat will chuck up on some folk and some people sweat but dont hum, to which im lucky as i dont smell.
Take fresh clothes to train in as old sweat will chuck up fast from soiled clothes.
Wash before you train.
Wear a good de odourant and aftershave to cloak any smell.
Thats about it, but remember some people smell from chemical inbalance etc

Oh man, chemical imbalance, that sounds omninous, like I'm destined to smell or something and there isn't much I can do about it. One of the slightly odd things is that its a weird smell, like boiled cabbage, and I don't even eat cabbage, can't stand the stuff.

Chlorophyll based deodorant. Chlorophyll tabs as a supplement. This will solve any malodorous problem you have. Of course you are going to sweat when you workout and sweat is a growth medium for bacteria...and the bacteria excrement is what gives us that foul, dirty, sweaty odor. So like already said, shower before working out, deodorant, shower after working out... problem solved.
