Finally squattin'

Not a big deal, but a milestone for me. I was finally able to start squatting again three weeks ago. I have been doing three sets of eight, at 135 lbs. Not musch weight, but knee hasn't been hurting. I will go up gradually over time. Hopefully I can catch my squat up to my bench. I was able to start doing deadlifts too!!!

Good news.: Don't let doing it lighter worry you. Just do it right and the pounds and muscles will go up over time.

Suprisingly, even squatting light can make those legs grow. As I worked to improve my squat form I had to lower weight drastically - like over 100lbs less. As it improves, I gradually add tiny bits of weight at a time. Today was only 125lbs. Interestingly enough, even squatting this light, I'm 30lbs bigger than I was in July.
