finished westside

Do you guys have any follow up workout programs to the 9-week basic westside program? Really enjoyed Westside, looking for any changes I should make. Thanks for any help.

How did you get on with it?

Basically westside is a template. As long as you follow the ideas about changing up exercises you can keep going.

Im at 305 on the Bench and 405 deadlifts and I havent maxed yet on squat. But I loved westside, felt great after each workout and felt like my whole body was being worked each day.

I'm just wondering if there is a follow up program or a different type of workout program I should do. Looking for any advice. Thanks guys. :

There isnt anything specific to my knowledge. What you have gone through is a primer and an introduction to how westside works. With that said, after 9 weeks and some good numbers like that, you should able to customize a program to fit your needs.

I'd say do your max squat, then examine each of the big 3, finding your weak point and taylor another westside program around those. If you havent done so, read the articles at elitefts.com. They'll give you some more knowledge that you can use and apply to your next program.

If you have questions, i'll do my best to answer them.

Thanks Grambo. Basically I'm just looking for a program, that will allow me to keep improving on the 3 main lifts. I'll do some adjustments on the 9-week westside program, and we will see what happens.
