So a week and a half ago i tore some cartilage in my ribcage wrestling.
Well, i have bene thinking about wrestling a lot and have realized one thing about it: I don't miss it, yet I miss powerlifting.
I have had people tell me not to quit wrestling as i have made a commitment, but what am i in it for if i dont love it?
I have not made up my mind but there is a chance that by this new year's end I'll have a
bench shirt (and in 2 weeks when i can perform any physical activity again) I will be back to powerlifting with a new
training partner who no longer plays football and only lifts as well.
I was looking for advice on FI.com of whether i should leave wrestling or stick to it, but i've realized that I made up my mind a while ago.
