Firehawk told me to post these...

The first one is me doing some speed squats with 185 which dont really look like speed squats because i was tired as hell(9 sets) and havnt done de in a long time.

After these i did one set of 185 x 4 with regular squat followed by 6 ass to grass.

The angle sucks but you get an idea...

The next video shows me going to parallel(although its hard to see cause im wearing some baggy ass clothes). Then, i do clean high pulls 185 x 6 + a powerclean, then i do 205 x 6 with my shirt off(for the sole reason that the sweatshirt was new and it was giving me a rash).

Go ahead and make fun of my fatness . I do a little posedown at the end but my rear lat spread sux and clearly im a fatty and need to lose 20 pounds to get to a good bf again...

Basically i taped my dynamic effort deloading workout...

I will get some heavier stuff up in a few weeks where im actually moving some real weight.

I don't think that's parallel bro, in the second video. the crease in your hip doens't get low enough to be even with the top of your knee.

Nice flexing LoL. Hey you look like you lost alot of weight since the progress pictures.

For all those who aren't sure what a parallel squat is (Dark I'm sure you know)...

This here is a good diagram of a parallel squat, which still wouldn't count at a meet. You have to break parallel before you start back up at most feds or it's illegal.

I found the picture posted up at another forum.

You may be right it looks a little high in the video... maybe just the angle or maybe i need to go down a little more. That's my normal squat depth though so i just gottamake sure im going as low as i want so ill work on it definetely.

I may have lost some fat since the last pics but i have been fluctuating a lot. I don't want to put in the effort to lose weight at this point so i don't think i will lose too much fat, but i think i should ideally drop to 200 or a little under just to stay in a better weight not only health wise but for fitness purposes.

Anyways thanks for the comments, the videos are sort of lame and ill get some better ones asap of my friend filming from the side on the squats.

You go down farther than most people who try squats, that's for sure, it just wouldn't count at a competition. I think it's pretty easy to tell from the angle only because you can still see the crease in your hip area, and your quads are quite slanted still, but side angles are the best.'

Id like to see you do 300 x 1.

Maybe ill post a set of 5 deep paused squats up soon.

Lol the most i've ever tried on ass to grass was 225 x 3 at the beginning of the routine(one week in).

If i can pull it off i truly am the man haha. I think ill hit a more realistic weight of 270 then try for the 300 though.

How about getting below parallel 1-2 inches and back up? i.e. powerlifting squat.

Haha i think ill keep the powerlifting squats about the same as they are. I'll work on hitting parallel better, but ill leave the going deep to a narrower stance.

Wow, if you were my weight since were about the same height. I bet you'd be diesel looking.. Heh, but I'm 170 pounds fat mixed with muscle, I'd guess my body fat percentage to be about 12-14 percent.
