FOOTBALL WORKOUT...for whoever asked for it.

Someone had asked a question about a football workout and had no replies. I had to leave the forum to find an article to help out and now I can't find the original post.

So, if you return and can't find an answer, here's what I found for you. I'm sure there are much better things, but I can't think of any right now.

Read this, learn these lifts, and get big & strong for football, or hell for anything else you want to do that involves being big and strong.

New Lifter

For the olympic lifts, if you can't or don't know how to do them...in more modern versions of the same workout deads, rows, and pullups (or lat pulldowns for those who can't do pullups with weight) are good substitutes.
