This was posted back in January. Don't know how I managed to miss it until today. The coolest thing about this big bench is HE IS DOING IT instead of his handoff man doing upright rows with him.

Yeah you do have to work hard ,but why can't people look up to any true drug free people like "TRICKY RICKY JACKSON". He is a great guy and He's paid his dues also. I'm not coming down on these roid heads , it's just that us as trainees&trainers must be vocal on drug free training.
