Those just look dangerous. I don't think I'll be trying them. But they are certainly impressive to watch.

That last one I guess gives some truth to the statement, "it's not a workout until somebody pukes". That certainly looks like a tough one.

Like anything else Welch, you gotta build up to it.

Hey Darkloard, how's my form on that last set in "cleans" video?

205 and the last two reps were 225... I haven't done barbell cleans for a couple months, was just glad to see my back kept strait. The zerchers were 225 as well.

Luke is here... he says he likes your avatar.

Ill give you an honest answer. You need more explosion and need to dip more.

Also, i watched it again and you arn't even coming close to full extension.

But then again, im just being a jackass lol

Formed looked alright for a strongman haha.

I was actually referring to the 'round back' lift (aka zercher deadlifts) I did at the end but...

You're absolutely right, on all accounts. Thank you for being honest. It may be good enough for strongman but personally, I'm always looking for better technique... something video playback is great for!

Firehawk, my best deadlift was 550 in a double layer Inzer canvis.

Just kidding. I did that raw, last New Years Eve, after singles with 495, 525 and 545.

Nice numbers for a guy your size!

My legs are holding me back now. I got to 500 and then boom, stopped.

How about going back and removing all the posts that don't concern the videos, Firehawk? You don't have to delete them (if you want to, I don't care), maybe move them to a new thread?

I'm going to move all of the video clips to the first post in this thread and list them under the person who posted them. Ill keep adding them up there as we continue to post new videos.

How does that sound? I had already thought to do this. It's too much of a pain searching through the entire thread.

I have put all video clips posted from DF members (of DF members) on the first post for quick access. As you guys post more I'll keep adding them up there. I didn't remove them from the discussion in this thread though so nobody gets confused on what the discussion was about :.\

Let me know if I missed any. I went through, had them all up there, just before i hit save the stupid browser died on me. So i went back through quickly. Hopefully i didn't miss anyone.

You never said which ones look dangerous. I'd imagine you were talking about the yoke?

Last Saturday we shot some footage specifically for you Mr. Welch ... I'll try and have it up some time this week.
