Darn it, can't watch the newly posted videos. After my reinstallation of windows, I lost media player 10. Finally got it back but can't get all of the codecs required since I'm back to SP1. I'm not putting SP2 back on for a while - got some work to do and a full reformat just isn't viable right now.

Never mind...found some more codecs and the Divix plug in for media player. Now I can watch them all.

Yeah greg that last video - your spotter really sucked. At least he did back off when he started to grab the weight from you when it started looking heavy. From the handoff, it looks like you'd have been better served to have just unracked the weight yourself.

Yeah those hand offs were the worst ones I've ever had. When he almost grabbed the weight I said through clenched teeth "I GOT IT." I hate touchy feely spotters, and even worse, the ones that don't know how to hand off!

Not for me - all I got was a do you want to install quick time message. Finally I let it install now I see a Quicktime icon instead of your video.

I guess I just got in a hurry. I'd rather watch it with windows media...but I can turn quick time back on. I just hate that program...slows the whole system down.

Typical bodybuilder DB pressing . VERY AWESOME dude. Turn your elbows in a bit and angle the weights so they form a wide upsside down V and the DB presses will carry over to your raw bench more. Just a suggestion I got from my gym owner. Looks like you're DB pressing with the elbows out.
