i think it looks like that, but in reality, I think I was tucking my elbows in, at least that was my goal...I am conscious of it...

Yeah it's tough to see from the angle. Very nice either way.

thanks man---they are tough...fortunately i will have plenty of time to work on more reps at this weight since that's all the weight my db bars can hold. I know they sell longer ones, but hey, there's nothing wrong with db benching 125 for 10 rep sets or more :

They looked great. You are moving along very nicely dude. You're core work is starting to take affect as well.

This is only going to make you a better hockey player too. Now you're training with explosiveness which will make you even faster.

Yeah, that's if I can ever skate the way I want to again without some kind of surgery on my leg

I went ice skating the other day...talk about getting beat up haha. I never fell once, but I got blisters on my toes and on each shin the skate rubbed away my skin so I have 2 huge gashes on each shin. It was hella fun though

this one's kinda crap - next time will better. at the last second, i decided to do a second rep, which didn't go very well at all, lol.

I see you've almost got the spotter trained to keep hands off.

BTW - has the BF% gone down a bit more or are my eyes just playing tricks on me?
