Damn, 15lb over my 1RM PR for 10 reps. That looked more like tap and go to me though...that's one hell of a back you've got there. Take care of it.

Here's one from the Mid-Atlantic Strongman contest back in the spring. 285 an arm for 20yds, and 860 yoke for 20yds... 90 seconds.

http://media.putfile.com/185-x-12-Bench
Bench 185 x 12. This was after my heavy working sets.
Again, not normally how I train, but today i was at home working out rather than my gym (closed for powerlifting meet this weekend) so i figured i'd do something different.
Also wanted people to see the Metal Militia setup that people always have questions about it.

lol - but it works very very well. i use this same system.
by bringing the feet back and out, you simply CANNOT lift your ass off the bench. it also gives you better leg drive.

Bench Press - 3x205
Bad hand off, had to steady it. Body weight 200 lbs about. Reps not too bad, considering poor diet night before and morning of. Pleased with my form too. Criticism welcome.

It's metal militia. It prevents you from bringing your ass off the bench when you use leg drive. It would be flagged at a PL meet if your ass came off the bench.

EDIT: Don't tell me that the guy who handed that off is a trainer there...i see some type of name tag or badge on his chest...yikes.

lol yeah he was a "fitness consultant." They work the floor to help and spot and stuff. It was not a strong hand off by any means and was dumped way too early each time.
Yeah it was definitely a PR, I barely got 3x205 wide grip a couple months ago, but I nailed every set of 3 with pinkies today
