I'll have to check your vids out on Dan's computer firehawk!!!

Dan has a vid of me doing deads for reps with 350 (pretty light) standing on a 5"block (see if you can post it up Dan,please)

I'm hitting very close to 400 standing on the 5"block, I'll have to do one when Dan is over, I think the bb'ers would like the 5"block stuff, thats "REAL" full ROM baby!!!

Wow luke how much do you weigh? I always imagined you a little bigger for some reason?

It looks like you are around 190?

exmgq. I think that was 490, but it was a hookgrip man, I'll get Dan to ad that to the video, I don't want people to get the wrong idea!!!

yeah dark I'm actually alittle under 190lb

the 5"block weight was 350lb using the small hole plates, 100lb plate/50lb plate a 10 and a 5 each side, plus the bar 20-25lb.

JJ at DBB pulls 655 with hook grip like that and he's a clean lifter, only 24 too. 198 lifter. He said he is used to it so it don't bother him anymore. I tried hook grip with 225 and thought my thumbs were going to tear off.
