Try some paused benches it will help your low end.

If you do paused reps, make sure you absolutely explode on them. Work with moderate weight until your technique is good.

I was actually contemplating doing all paused benching for my next 5x5 cycle... So I'd have a couple of weeks to practice exploding before getting into the challenging weights...

Any idea what kind of RM percentages of regular bench I should be looking at...?
