importance of dynamic effort

i know that dynamic lifting is an intergral part of any strength program but is it necessary to train dynamically as much as max effort? im sure the exact ratio of ME: DE days will vary by person but im wondering if i need just as many DE as ME. im thinking of changing my routine from alternating to something like ME,DE,ME,ME,DE. i know the DE days are helping my lifting but i also feel like i could see better gains from more workouts in which i attempt a new max.

It could also lead to overtraining. Why not just train ME in the beginning of the week and DE at the end?

i see your point with the overtraining if done too close together but i think i have it setup to not allow that. as far as one at the beginning of the week and one at the end, i dont schedule my workouts by days of the week. right now its:

chest/shoulders/tris
legs/calves/abs
off
back/traps/bis
off
repeat

5 day cycle, 7 day week, doesnt work out as mon-sun. i think i am going to try the me,de,me,me,de for a little and see how my gains go. if they start sticking ill ease up.
