increasing bench and squat


hi i am 15 6'3 210 i bench 165, powerclean 175, and squat 225. I need help! and really need to increase these lifts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

being a little general dont ya think jaster?

marshal, i think our computer challenged friend was trying to put a link to one of his bench press tip threads. hes got good info in them. just do a search for "bench press tips" or something to that affect and you should find what im refering to.

all that is good stuff. read it, know it, use it.

as far as squats go. be sure to go all the way to/just under parallel. always use good form and keep the weight on your heels. also, as with any power movement, incorporate explosive movements. take a day out of the week to do dynamic effort squat and bench. (dynamic effort=less weight but moving it as fast as possible with perfect form) since you are doing cleans you should be good on legs. you might still want to do a little speed squat.
