i am interested in competing in tourneys (maybe even join the powerlifting club at the academy). but i am wondering if my lifts are competitive or not.
mainly is deadlifting 3 x your body weight (or real close to it) something that would be competitive/place?
my other lifts are subpar (bench 1.5 x bodyweight, squat 2.1 x bodweight)
hopefully this friday i can do all the strongman events they have at my gym. i was supposed to go last friday but i had all my wisdom teeth taken out that day.
