Little worried

Ok so today i drank some of that Black Powder stuff and i went to the weightroom in school, i only did 1 set of 185 7 times. I was still a bit tired so i figured i would just do some bench after school at my buddies house. Well right after weightlifting that stuff started kicking in, i was so hyperr throughout the rest of the school day, i drained myself i took a 1 hour nap when i got home, i took another scoop of that stuff and went to my buddies house and worked out but this time that stuff didnt work i was still tired and i still did bench, 205 6 times, 210 3 times and 215 twice. I did comp bench with 180 and 185. Then i repped out 145 20 times. But i was so tired but the thing im worried about is if im going to lose strength? should i have worked out even though i was tired?

Deleted since for some reason DF feels repeating the same info over and over for those who do not want to listen is appropriate. This kind of BS makes me sick.

One bad workout or working out on an off day doesn't mean you'll suddenly lose all your strength. Everyone here has had an off day, just get back to it and dont worry about it dude.

I agree with F-Mac this type of post is best in a journal. That is where it belongs not on the open forums. You're like 16 or something right? Guess what some days you'll just feel like crashing after school. It used to happen to me all the time when I was sixteen.

One bad workout will not mean you'll loose strenth.

Aside from the fact that hemodilators are expensive and potentially dangerous, no offense kid, but you are easily persuaded. You ask for the answers to questions without trying to figure them out for yourself, which as most of us can tell you, is not only the key to fitness, but fun. I tend to think if I etched the word "XTREME" on a bottle of aspirin tablets and gave them to you, you'd get the same results.

I would like to remind everyone of the ignore user feature. Click on a username, and you will be taken to their profile. Click where it says "add user to ignore list." Please make use of this feature if you are bothered by someone's posts. There is no need to make posts discussing the usefulness of posted questions.

I will be editing posts that are not helpful to the OP.

I dont buy stuff due to the name lol, if that was the case then i would have bought something that said "ULTIMATE MUSCLE BUILDER" but instead i bought somethign called black powder, not that any of that stuff actually builds muscle but it definatley does give you quite a boost of energy and thats why i take it. And thanks lift girl.
