Lose a little fat/gain strength back?

Is it possible to raise my bench, deadlift, and squats max while trying to tone up a little bit? I dont want to be ripped or anything, just have that "solid" look...you know...no love handles or anything? Anybody got any ideas?

If you can perfect your diet, it is possible, although difficult.

Make quality food selections. Eat on an optimal schedule (when your body can best utilize the intake). Increase your weights on a gradual scale.
