Lower Back Squat Injury


Not to duplicate posts but I would really like some advice on this injury I wrote about in my journal.

Back off. Either in weight, or find a different variation of the exercise altogether. A different exercise might be your best bet for a while.

Also, train your abs and be sure to stretch as well.
