i dont have money for a personal trainer and i play football for my high school and we have a crappy program so im gonna do stuff on my own to make me and a couple of other guys(those who are committed) better. i pretty got most of the upperbody workouts down but i ignore my legs way too much. im slow i m not as agile as i use to be. what workouts can i do to make my lower body more explosive and agile. im open for anything

Try squatting 3x a week. Heavy day, Light day, and Medium day. That is the principle that Starr's 5x5 was primarily based on and it was designed as a football training program originally. It WILL improve the leg power.
