That's too bad that he couldn't deliver his results himself.

If he doesn't like this board then why would he care to post the info here. (the PM feature would keep his activity hidden).

Brat,

Several people requested that my info be posted regardless, including Andy and Ironman. So i asked gcs to post it up.

Arbit it isn't any one thing. It's just time for me to move on and that's it.

Thanks for coming back to say that Firehawk and congratulations on your achievements.

You've made a good example of why we should all make an effort to find what training method works best for us to reach our personal goals, in a way that is not injurious to our own personal health.

This place is hard to stay away from even when you think you want to. Take some time and hope to still see you around. Good luck with your meets.:

That's a shame he's not coming back. I swear I'll never understand how people get bent out of shape over a few words posted on a discussion board.

I saw things get a little heated the last couple days, but I didn't see anything that would make someone quit a dscussion for good. Perhaps there are some PM exchanges in there I don't know about, though.

Any-hoo, glad to hear the first meet went well for Dave. I'll think of him every time I do a PL set.
