Believe it or not my arch is much better than in that video. I couldn't do a full arch like usually cause i had to keep my feet completely flat. I'll do some training so i can start benching with flat feet wiht the same arch as when i bench on my toes.

I have never used a bench shirt but in the future im thinking of using equipment. It just comes down to how much money i want to spend.

I am gonna tape some of my training lifts next week so I can get some advice so i'll show you my arch then.

you did better than I did my first comp in high school... I slept right through it.

Like everyone else said, learn from it. Had you put up the numbers you are capable of, where would you have placed?

You really slept through it? Like.. conked out, dozzing?

Anyways, nice job Angel. I remember you years back when when I signed up on the board, when we were both getting started. Nice to see you stuck with it all the way.

Thanks Iron. If i had quit because everything was going wrong i would have regreted it much more than just simply screwing up my lifts.

Had i gone through with everyone of my lifts (at least matching my in training PRs) i would have totalled about 1125 which would have put me at around 18th in the USAPL for teen standings. Sucks but it happens. I cant expect to hit anywhere near my gym prs under all the different circumstances that occured at least the first time around.
