I use the powerlifting stance when I squat. This helps me acheive large amounts of weight. The only problem I have is when I do
power cleans with the dip my legs always do out wide to my
squat position. If I try to do it any other way I seems like I'm going to fall over. Also one of the football coaches told me that you get most of your power in sports at shoulder width. He said it would be detrimental to speed going any wider since in sports (especially football) use motion that is usually done at shoulder width.
What do you guys think?
