the most I've ever seen anyone curl is a guy hammer curling 90's at my gym...so yeah he could have done the 100 at least once probably. he was big and obviously been doing it for years. not very many people can do it, although it is possible...

How many people can run 100m in 15 seconds ?
How many can in 9 ?

I've never seen anyone curl 90lbs before in one hand for reps.

I suggest you get a new goal : not because of the unlikeliness of reaching your curling goal, but because the goal itself is ridiculous. How about working towards excellence in a lift that is both challenging and functional?

Even if you DID curl 100, why would you want to?

Goals are great. The big question is how are you going to get there? You (or anyone else) is going to have to have a plan on how you are going to train to get to that point.

nah... a guy putting all his energy into curls will elicit nothing but scorn from me now a guy doing proper squats (i so rarely see that) that is impressive.

I agree that goals are great, but the OPs goal just seems so unattainable for one, and progress will likely be slow and results unsatisfying.

However, who am I to judge anybody : if this is your goal ihavadog then you keep working towards it ! we all have our reasons and what drives us, as individuals, varies greatly.

good luck!
