I weigh 80kgs and I've been told I'm very very good at the back squat
for my size. My question is, if I wanted to qualify for the Olympics
in 2016 what would I want to be able to lift? My conditioning coach for rugby says if I keep at it then it's entirely possible, but I want to know what someone my size lifts at the Olympics in the back squat. Just so I have a rough idea!
