Ok I just realized, I mean took a really good look in the mirror at the gym, and realized that my chest is really big for my size, but my arms are average if not a little skinny... My arms have decent strength, but my benchpress could use some power. I'm wondering can I implement a powerlifting type workout for only certian bodyparts? My goal would be to increase my max benchpress since I'm not concerned with size on chest, but use a bodybuilding routine for bicep/tricep to increase size more? And has anyone done this, if so let me get any feedback or suggestions!
