power bands

I'm about to integrate power bands into my chest workout. Any tips on the best way to go about this?

You take the bands and attach them to the ends of the bar and attach the other other end of the band to a heavy dumbell. Make sure the tension is tight and bench . . . .

The tension increases throughout the movement to kind of "match" how one gets stronger throughout the movement due to mechanical advantage.

Therefore, when you're strongest, you're forced to lift the most.

Chains can also provide the same effect, as more chain is pulled through the lift.

HAHHAHAHAHAH ... couple of things. First I'm a guy, and the name is a joke. Second, I was asking how to attach the dman things. I know what they do, I know how to attach them. I was just looking for tips on how to integrate them with my bench press. Do I do them one week instead of my bench, or do them on speed bench day?

Some tips would be appreciated.

You can do them on speed bench day or as a max effort lift.
