Question

Power Training Tri's


Can you have any power lfting exercises for triceps? I know it sounds daft it's just that the only powerlifting exercises we hear of are squats, benching and deadlifts. :confused:

#1, imo, is dips, followed closely by skull-crushers and rope pull-aparts (use the high cable station, rope handle, pull the rope down and the ends apart).
