Squat: 325 @ 160 lbs
Dead: 345 @160 lbs
Power Clean: 235 @160 lbs
* Not as strong now, especially my upper body. Coming off shoulder surgery. Could only do 89 lbs like 5 times before racking it the other day on bench. Man rehabbing sucks

Man this is awesome. They had the 600+ total (bench, squat, and hang clean) posted and I'm ranked 18th in my whole school! It's awesome. I'm beating a ton of upper classmen. The only people who actuallu beat me in my grade were 30+ pound heavier.

Squat :: 395lbs (not up-to-date)
Deadlift :: 435lbs
Deadlift and squat have gone down, by a lot. The physio is coming to an end now, but still hovering around 200lbs deadlift and haven't squatted since last year (well, did 5 reps with 50kg).
That's me anyway.

squat: 300lbs
deadlift: 325lbs
goals to in the next 6 weeks when i max out again:
weight is still 165
Bench: 300
Squat: 350 x 2
Deadlift: 360 x 2
