straps are crap, build your own straps with some grip work

my squat right now is around 350-360 and my dead is 465 so they arent always close.

My dead is still smaller, but I've been doing squats and bench for 3 years, deadlifts for maybe 3 or 4 months now.

I pretty much keep running maxes with everything because one of the four weeks of the cycle is 5 reps 3 reps 1 rep+. I just find the average of the three estimations. (sounds a lot more complicated than it is)

and I'd rather be a strong fatass than a weak fatass

Wow nice!! finally a powerlifting forum.
Age :25
Weight: 140- 145, dropped some weight. havent really checked since I recovered from the flu lol. I havent done any powerlifting training for a month now.

Bench: 275 raw
Squat: 245
Deadlift: 405 with straps 365 no straps
