Great deadlift Workaholic! When are we going to see 3x? What's up with that squat though?

I've always had problems with the squat. Maybe its my technique.... My goal is getting the squat to 315+. I'm satisfied with my other lifts.

@16yr/265lb.....@24/310lb
Squat: 550.......Squat: 500(6/8/04)
Bench: 300.......Bench: 245(6/10/04)
D'lift: 525.........D'lift: 425(6/10/04)
Total: 1,375.....Total:1,170

I've only been back at it seriously for two months. Kinda sad that my immediate goal is to get back to where I was when I was a kid.

Jaster, good to see that squat coming up : Hell, if you suited up, you'd be ~2k total; that's apf nationals quality for the 242's :

squat 530? with only a 470 dead and 240 bench? your quads must over power the rest of your body!
