fine ill admit it. im a puny little freshman in highschool. im covered in acne and have a scratchy voice. i just thought coming on here and posting a heavy DL would make me more of a man. my real maxes are:

bench: 120
squat: 185
DL: 235

im sorry guys

Yea, I've only ever met one 15 year old who weighed anywhere near me and had maxes higher than I do. I also don't see a high school team with 10+ guys that much stronger.I'm just saying that between the dl being less than the squat and the high bench it doesn't really add up. If you're being honest then no offense rhino but it'd be nice to see sum pics to see if you've got the size for lifts like that.

I'm glad someone else isn't afraid to speculate here. It would amaze me to view someone who just grew their pubes to squat over 500 lbs.


Seriously though, I think a good % of ppl overstate their lifts/maxes for fear that they won't be considered an "advanced lifter" and won't get the proper advice they deserve. They just don't get that its not about how much you can lift......
