the reason i deadlift so much less than i squat is because i broke my arm in the last football game of the season and couldnt deadlift but my doctor said i could squat... and there are about 8 guys on my team the are really close in size and strength

That's a very nice power clean GA. How long have you been training it?

Yeah, that's how my old school was too down here (I'm guessing by your s/n you're from Georgia like me). We never worked the deadlift hardly. Always cleaning, squatting, and benching. Had a friend in our senior year who pulled off a 400 lb power clean @ 5'10" and around 220-235 lbs. It was crazy to see. Nice lifts BTW and welcome to the forums.

I wish our football coach would push lifting. He doesn't give a lifting plan or anything, and the only thing we max in as a team is the bench press, needless to say, we have a bunch of bench monkey's in our gym. I did some squats in the cage then left for 2 weeks (vacation), when I came back, the exacty amount of weight I had on the bar was still there...

hmm... I feel weak here lol anyways here's mine

Age: 17
weight:205
height: 6'1

Bench : 240
Squat : 370
Bench : 405

I guess if my stats don't say it, you could take a guess at me bein a b ball player. But back in football season (graduated now) my bench was a lot nicer like 265... the whole no upper body weight training during b ball season kinda dampered my max

English guy here, not used to lb measurements, but just found a converter and worked my lifts out - man am i disappointed - although i've only been doing weights around a year or so and not 100% committed I've always been fit, done active things, thrown heavy things around, done weights on an irregular basis, rock-climbed and considered myself fairly strong (well above average at least), but now I'm not sure at all! ! ! Have I just been comparing myself with lazy folk, or totally weak or what??? Anyway, here are my stats:

28 years of age
weight - 182 lb

Deadlift - 220x4
Bench - 165x4
Squat - 199x5
