So summarizing the past week's effort at maxing out:

At 135 lbs and 38 years old

S-315, with wraps but no suit
BP-215
DL-405

The squat and bench press are improvements, but the deadlift is a downer since the last max out effort. Hmmm.

I think I was a bit too conservative this periodization cycle and did not do enough hyperextensions (had been using up to 90 lb dumbbells against the chest a while back) or rack work this time through.

See what a little hard work will do in a few short years.

My current stats:

Age- 15
Bodyweight- 181
Bench- 210
Squat- 300
Hang Clean- 150
Deadlift- 335 (haven't done it in a while)

Come on guys post em
Man I shoulodn't have lifted on and off, cause my stats are about the same. Been lifting continuosly for 5 weeks now. Everyone thinks I'm suhc a strongman but I see myself as weak. Current stats:

Age: 15 (16 on the 21rst )
Weight: 190
Bench: 215
Squat: 345
Deadlift: 345
Hang Clean: 170

I am though starting to outgrow the school's weight room. The highest dumbell they have is an 80 and I can already do that 5 time for dumbbell scullcrusher. Also the leg extension machine is way too light (only goes to 255). I'm avoiding machines but when I did it I would have to put on the whole rack and put a 55-60 pound dumbell on top just to get a heavy set of 10.
