weight 167 <---embarasing was 178 month ago, was 200 last year.
BF% around12% could be lower..
Height 5'11
Bench 275
Squat 400 + = P
Dead 300 and up

Bench is the only thing I've maxed lately, been real strick about not getting cocky and maxing out and getting hurt = / other lifts are just what I know for sure I could get but I could get more but I don't know how much more especially my dead lol maybe its way up there who knows...
