It must heal on its own, but don't aggravate it by not protecting it. Wrap it with tape during your workout sessions. OR wear gloves/wrist straps.

Try the liquid skin, or put a little superglue over it to help with the pain. I always cut my calluses about once a week with nail clippers. Might be more of an OCD thing but anyway.

Cover it up for now... If you scrape or clip your calluses regularly, they don't tear so easily... I'm scraping mine down as we speak...

ditto! also if youve tore them that deep, try rubbing in a very small amount of triple anti-biotic... dont leave a gooping amount, you gotta rub it in like lotion so the skin can breathe... or superglue it.... my mom taught me the super glue method once when I prolly needed stitches from slicing my thumb open on a can-lid

I cut the tip of my finger with a knife a couple weeks ago and after the first day, I put super glue on it and it helped a lot with the pain. Probably not the cleanest stuff to put on a cut but sometimes it just works better than anything else.
