So I'm turning my friend into a powerlifter...

So I was talking to my friend, who knows I lift a lot(I'm an athletic lifter, not a powerlifter). And I told him, kind of jokingly, that I wanted to turn him into a powerlifter. WEll, now he actually wants me to. Sweet for me huh?So...I was wondering where I should start. I'm not completely obvlious to the powerlifter ways, but would still like some guidance from you experts. Keep in mind that he's never really lifted before. So he's gonna start out pretty slow...at least for the first week

Good places to start. There's tons of info on both boards. Best bet is to get him on a basic power based routine and work on getting strength up.
