Awesome job! The speed on the first 3 reps was very impressive. And to think it was your 5th set, thats great.
Was I seeing correctly that you had the bar not in a low bar position? I thought low bar position was a staple for the powerlifter's squat.

That's about as low as I can get it without my shoulders screaming at me.........and it's likely one of the reasons why my ass comes up so fast out of the hole.
It's not a high bar squat by any means but in an ideal situation it would sit an inch or so lower on my back.

In an ideal situation, the bar fits where it's most comforatable and controllable for your body. This seems to be right for you.
Nice work by the way. On those last two I thought I could hear your low back screaming for help though. I'd cripple myself if I tried to squat anything like that. Your strength is impressive.

Maybe, but 5 X 5 with 405 is something most of us would like to be able to do.

I could have shown the first set, but the 5th was the most challenging and the most likely point at which my form issues would show up.
The main goal with my video was to critique myself as I don't have a training partner.
I am doing deadlifts tonight and will tape the first and last set if you like so you can see what I mean.
