Swinging by

Hey guys,

Aint been over here for a bit figured I'd swing in and see whats new? Hope training is going good for everyone? I'm back to trying to make this diet work, I'm up and down on it though. I'll go great and get way down then do something stupid and go back up. We were just in Chicago and Milwaukee for a week and we'll just say I did not eat bad but it was no where near good either. Well I got home and bam back up 11 pounds. ****!!!! Oh well treadmill here I come. Hope all is well?

Wolfy!!!

Hi Wolfman and thanks for the update.

I'd like to suggest that you maintain a food journal just like I am sure you do for your strength training. I've done that and it really helps. There are several here who have maintained a food journal and some who currently do.

A food journal will help you being rigorously honest and help you quantify the poor choices you make. After time, a food journal has a powerful impact on your behavior.

I've used the free journal at www.fitday.com. You can make it public which can make you more accountable to your cyberspace fitness brothers and sisters.

Think about it and give it a try because just like we are only as good as our last workout, we are what we eat.

Have a great day and keep us posted.
