My dads parallel is actually lower than mine. Hes a russian and when he played sports in high school and in college the only squatting they did was ass to grass. Frankly he finds my stance disturbing and thinks i should only do the close stance haha.
20 reppers do suck but they help improve your leg strength and endurance, although if you don't want thunder thighs i wouldn't be doing them. The last time i tried 20 reppers was with 185. Now i can squat that weight for 20 reps going ass to grass lol.
I prefer to do close stance squatting at my house and bring the ego to the gym. It's best that way i think lol.

Rack Pull from my knee with 475 and 445 x 3. That's a PR by 50 lbs. I think training around big MOFO's is having it's advantages shine lol.

Why? It woudln't prove anything. It's like apples and oranges. Besides, the war's with the iron not with each other. That's just asking to get injured.

You're not far away from 5 plates are you? What were you deadlifting before you put the weight down to fix your form?

See, this is starting to bug me now... I do approximately the same weight on bench (never really tried 14, but hardly even broke sweat at 10, so I would have gotten 14)... Max is 250, probably went up some in the past 6 weeks... Yet, my DL is probably 100lbs lower than you, AT LEAST... And my Squat for 10 reps about a 100lbs lower too...
Mannn... My legs are puny as hell...

Yea i started benching, squatting, and deadlifting pretty much at the same time.
I did lots of chest work before so my bench was ahead for a while but once i learned how to squat properly and started to train right there was no hope for my bench competing with my other lifts.
I benched 240 before i squatted 240 just for your information .
Im going for 260 as my 2nd attempt and 270-275 on my 3rd for bench in a week or so, but i may have to hold off because with AP tests i have been working out maybe 1 or 2 solid days on the weekens, which is hardly what i have planned for.

Had just hit 405 for a max at that point. If i had the leg strength I could KILL 405 right now. My back is way stronger.
