What!!! thats it! I would blow you out of the water in eating contests.. I eat typically 3+ lbs of food a meal. 5-7 times a day depending what day of the week it is.

oh sorry for 1-upping you haha.

on another note, I deadlifted 235 lbs.3times flawlessly, I felt like it anyways. thats my record by 10lbs.

Parallel grip chins with 220 lbs body weight + 45 lbs plate for 15 reps.

Dip with body weight of 220 lbs + 205 lbs (4 45s and a 25) for 2 reps and tried a 3rd.

These were in the last few days.

log deadlift 328x3 (getting easier)

log carry (after deadlift) 295+1-clips 55'
getting faster I added 3lb (instead of my usual 1/4-1lb) looks like I'll be adding more next go!!!

super-yoke partial squat (from bottom-up) 472lb high bar narrow stance 12"ROM

before I had to use lowbar/wide on 425+

also did a super-yoke walk, 9"ROM 587x55' (30sec. rest) x40'
pr for 2-sets in short time, with extra ROM on liftoff!

this was last week
