I hit 60/60 reps in the one arm KB jerk (24kg) the other day. One hand switch.

Attaman Dan! Nothing like a heart-thumping anaerobic best effort.

Thanks, but it wasn't even a best effort. I actually had 50/50 in mind when I started and decided to do 60's at about rep 49

I know I've got 75/75 in me now and I believe 100/100 is in the near future.

nice work dan. thats a whole lotta reps for that kinda wieght! I'v got to start using kettelbells, its just most gyms suck and don't have any! they would rather invest in useless fancey looking machines.

last month chins- 23lbx5 (add 5.5) 28.5lbx1 (barley made it)

last week chins- 24lbx4 x4 (add 5lb) 29lbx1 (barley got it).

only rest is adding weight (of course I rested on the sets of 4)

bottom-up partial squats (yoke)

3holes showing (about 2" or 3 above parallel) 460x2

4holes showing (9"ROM) 590x5

5holes showing (6"ROM) 860x10

slowly working to destroy my all time bests from the last 2years

already smoked the lift at 3holes showing,(high bar narrow stance) but the numbers to beat on 4holes is 695, and on 5holes 1,040.

I'll call this a PR in that I've never done it for a max effort.

Today, behind-the-neck split jerk 195x2. A little pressout on the 2nd rep due to insufficient drop depth. I had spotters to ease the shoulder demand on the negative.

I believe I'm good for more but foremost is to be safe. Shoulder were good today.

Why didn't you just ditch the weight at the top pierini? Were you in a no-drop environment.

Summer = too much cardio lol. I don't think I'll be seeing any strength PRs for a while.

finally got the 150 DL. I actually got it up Tuesday for one rep in my third set. Today I did 4 reps in my first set but couldn't get it up again and struggled to get 135 lbs. after that. Eh. Still progress.

funny stuff.. In reality though I am ruffnecking 12hrs a day 7days a week for the last 20 days straight and am lucking to get on a computor for more than 10mins a day. I'm still hitting the gym after my brutal ****s on the rigs and getting stronger. oh and i'm working outs side for those 12hr shifts so I really don't consider myself a computor nerd, but people have differnt definitions of that I supose..
