Haaah word... Good to know... My chest has a nearly a year of experience on the legs, so I guess that explains it...

You all having these ridiculous numbers is killing me tho... Damnit... Must... get... bigger...

Nah, I don't see myself putting 100 lbs on my deadlift in any short period of time right now. It's been shooting up pretty fast, but not THAT fast.

Yea and the heavier you get the harder it is to increase, and the heavier it feels on your body.

You should be able to get to 405 but I think thats' where it really slows down. Of course, just from my own experience that's what's happened lol.

I have to get my damn legs caught up.

lol I'm not gonna pull any muscles (I hope). A 495 pull is still very far away from me. My best pull yet is 4x375 lbs. I'm going to max this Monday if all goes as planned.

Get it Dude. You can do it, simple . Don't tear your muscles trying though. It'll come in time anyway.

I'm getting sick of cutting. I set sept 1 date, no matter where I'm at, I'm bulking for at least 3 months. I been cutting for 2 years straight almost.

What's your body fat level right now? Im at like 16-17% and i want to cut but for me strength is more important so im sort of waiting. O yea a 2 year cut sucks balls. I have never cut for like over 2 months lol.

I lost some weigh somehow from doing my new program but now i gained some of it back this last week of sitting on my ass and without a single workout.

Worst of all ive had 3 ap tests this week, tomarrow i have 3 sat 2 tests and monday i have my last ap test, physics, so no working out till tuesday of next week.

If i max out at that i dont expect to tear a muscle haha. My muscles are strong enough but its really if my back can take it because due to my imbalance im still going to be using at least a little back to start it off.

When i did 370 for a single on convetional a few weeks ago i used too much back cause i thought it was going to be pretty tough and i hurt myself(not permanently but the lower back definetely didnt like me using it with that weight).

If i have time today even tho im sick ill do some pulling with perfect form to get myself amped up for when i max so i can make it as safe as possible.

YESSSSSSS Deadlift 410 today pretty easily, easier than i expected! I tried 430 but only got it about 8 inches off the ground. I'm planning to get this in 2 weeks. I got 405 about 5 months ago but my form wasn't that great. I had droped all the way back down to 225 to work on using my legs alot more. This time was perfect form. I'm ecstatic.
