Good crap haha and you beat me to it as well. This means when i go for 410 ill have to go for 415 cause i just cant have that sort of thing from you haha.

Hey dumbass football player, theres a difference between a hang clean which includes the full movement and a hang powerclean which is the clean without the dip.

Bench Press: 205 x 10
I really think i should be able to hit 260 now without a problem. I fixed my arch and got a wider base and things have been clicking since.
As an update, i am 17 yrs old(since april 15), and around 220 pounds right now.
