I gotcha. that's what they teach at DBB, not too much at one time.

I guess this could be a PR...but I thought it was cool.

I did a one handed chin up today. Easy. First time ever, just messin' around with my buddy. I only did one but could have done multiple reps piece of cake. I was impressed with myself lol especially that I've gained weight. So woo hoo for me!

You did a 1 handed chinup from lock out to chin? damn!

I went for 425 on Deads and couldn't lock the F'n weight out. I had it past my knees too. It came up too slow. I gotta get faster.

It's hard to get any kind of real speed with the heavy weights lol at least for me. I know you can hit 425, probably just an off day for deadlifting.

Was it with your other hand holding your wrist or without?

sunday 5/29/05 strongman event training.

super-yoke walk 700lbs 50-60' 2-sets, best and most solid heavy walk I've done yet, no belt, ripped the weight off the ground fast also.

farmers walk 275lbs an arm (550lbs total weight) about 40' no belt, most weight I've ever done, really hard, and on rough grassy ground.

BTW, I have 2-pics in my e-mail, I have a imac so I can't post them, if any one wants to see them pm me your e-mail address and I can forward them.
1-pic is of me loading a 255lb atlas stone on a high platform.
the other pic is me flipping a 680lb tire.

255 powerclean as of today. Not my most impressive lift, but so far that puts my total (for football purposes) at 790. Now, so long as I can hit out a bench press where I hope I can (300) my total will be 1,090. If you divide my three lifts by three and then divide that by my bodyweight it'll put me at 1.45, which is supposedly decent. As far as actual numbers are concerned though I'll be the strongest.

I'll post bench up tommorrow.
